NO REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Barn Raised. We are so happy to have you be a part of our barn.
All of our Merchandise is Custom-Made therefore All Sales are Final.
EXCHANGES
We do currently offer exchanges (or store credit at our discretion) on Non-Sale Item purchases made within thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to exchange your merchandise.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as received. Additionally, all items must be in the original packaging.
All Sale/Clearance Item sales are final. Sale/Clearance Items are unable to be exchanged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
The purchaser is responsible for all additional shipping charges for any exchanges requested and granted.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please email your request for exchange to orders at barnraised.farm.
Email orders at barnraised.farm with your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Exchange.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item(s). This email will also include the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If your exchange request is approved, then your merchandise exchange will be processed. Your merchandise exchange (or store credit at our discretion) will be completed within fourteen (14) days.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only Regular-Priced Items are eligible for exchange. All Sale and Clearance Item purchases are considered Final Sales, and are not eligible for exchange (or store credit).
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
We are very sorry to hear this. All our merchandise is custom-made, and we will make every effort to replace any item(s) that are defective or damaged.
All defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item(s).
Please email clear pictures (images) of the shipping package and the defective or damaged item(s) along with your order number to orders at barnraised.farm within three (3) days of delivery. We will be in touch with additional information.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When your exchange request is approved, you will receive additonal shipping instructions via email.
All customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging any item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.
When sending in more expensive items for exchange, please consider using track-able shipping service(s) and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item(s) when shipped to us. You are responsible for guaranteeing that we receive your shipped exchange item(s).
